A few months ago I had an incident at this hair salon. At the time, I had been a loyal client for over five years. I was always respectful, tipped 20%, and regularly spent over $300 per visit. Afsaneh is truly a professional and has the passion and talent to create beautiful cuts. I highly recommend. My daughter and I are always amazed and impressed with the cuts and styling.
I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was very poor from the moment I walked in—there was no warm welcome, and when I asked about a consultation, I wasn’t even asked for my name or phone number. The front desk staff member who assisted me appeared uninterested and had a very unapproachable demeanor, which made me uncomfortable.
