I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was very poor from the moment I walked in—there was no warm welcome, and when I asked about a consultation, I wasn’t even asked for my name or phone number. The front desk staff member who assisted me appeared uninterested and had a very unapproachable demeanor, which made me uncomfortable.
