They are very unprofessional. The staff are hardly in the office during the times listed and when they are there guys like Willie will be on the phone preaching a church revival from his office chair instead of helping you. They are rude and will tell you half truths to get your application money. Don't waste your time, energy, or resources in this place. P.S.- They won't tell you this upfront but if any appliances stop working while you are there they won't fix or replace it although you are renting from them.
