Great dentist office with appointments and services thank you
Very good friendly and nice doctor
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Basma, the office manager, was unbelievably disrespectful to me and my mom. Not only did they schedule the wrong time and blame it on us, but when simply asking them why they didn’t call to confirm or call to see why and if we are running late to the time they scheduled for her, Basma responded by saying we don’t do that and for me to take my mom somewhere else if I’m not happy with that. Would not recommend this practice, more so I don’t recommend Dr.Alaa Hermiz, very unprofessional and careless. He’s focused more on the tv than the patient he is working on, he will work on multiple patients at the same time leaving you in the exam chair with no explanation! Sneaks patients in from the back door to avoid the wait! Do not Waist your time or money with him.
