My wife and I had the unpleasant experience of the Crumpler real estate team represent the buyer that purchased our home. We were approached with competing offers, this offer started as talks of a cash offer with a quick 30 day close. This was the main reason we took the offer from this buyer. Harolyn was a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable, informative, and patient. On the weekends ( and sometimes during the week) I looked forward to getting coffee and viewing houses with her. She listens to you and has your best interest at heart. She made me feel like family throughout the entire process. I still call her and ask questions about things she’s already told me, and she still happily helps (I think, lol). Definitely using and referring her forever!
