Was in the area so I stopped by because I had been looking for a specific set of screws and no other hardware store could help me. The staff immediately knew what I was looking for and couldnt have been more helpful getting what I needed. I wish I lived closer so this could be my regular hardware store.

HH has been around for decades. Two comments HH always had a roster of crude, unpleasant male salespersons. It is truly amazing how consistent this was for the four decades I have known this business. However, lately, their customer service has improved.
