I called to ask a few questions about setting another unit with them, whoever answered their phone 20 minutes before they closed, said they didn’t have time to answer my questions, and because I wasn’t ready to set something up she seemed bothered to answer my questions and told me to call back Monday. I have held a unit with them for 3 years, and they treat a returning customer like a bother to them because they close in 20 minutes when I just had some questions.
