I had an check engine light on. I had an free autozone diagnosis that stated I had 3 cylinders miss firing. I went in to Harold's, & I was told the problem could be multiple problems. Before I left, I gave permission to do a tune-up, AND gave them ONE instruction. I stated to them, if after the tune-up the check engine light is still on, I would proceed to the next step. Herold called AFTER tune-up, &they called & NEVER mentioned that the check engine light was NO longer on. They said I needed a $4800 blown head gasket repla... read more

Efficient service done excellently and for a great price. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful experience.
Taking almost 2 weeks for a 2 day wiring job. Keep being told 2 days every 2 days. Getting kind of ridiculous
