Wonderful timely customer service.
I have taken my vehicle, as well as my daughter's, to Harold's on multiple occasions. I have consistently found their staff to be knowledgeable, honest, and punctual in their service. On one occasion, when I was preparing to leave, I inadvertently dropped $100 on the ground near their desk. An employee promptly contacted me by phone to inquire if I had lost any money and asked me to confirm the amount.
