I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction with my purchase at ******'s Plants in ***********. After reviewing my receipt upon returning home, I learned that they had implemented an unauthorized charge which they did by "rounding up." I urge them to change their procedures and/or at least be transparent. Shouldn't you at least ask your customers if they would like you to round up and why should we give our money away to you? I won't be back!
RecommendedThis place is beautiful!! Everything looks green and very healthy. It’s just so peaceful to walk thru. Everyone is very helpful but they let you wander about uninterrupted to explore, which I think is very nice.
Worse attitude ever from sales person - no excuse for it - ever
