Logan from Harold's Garages came to my house to fix an issue with my My Q app and smart garage door opener. He really went above and beyond! Logan spent a lot of time figuring out the problem and made sure everything worked perfectly in the end. He deleted and reinstalled the app, contacted customer service, and even helped me set up a new email and account for the My Q app. I can't say enough good things about his dedication and customer service! I’m so happy my garage door app is working again.
Jeffrey was my skilled technician. He checked out three different issues I was having with two garage door openers and gave me options for either fixing or replacing them. One part had to be specially ordered, so he will come back soon to finish work on the older opener. He completed all the other repairs with skill and worked quickly. Jeffrey also cleaned up everything after the job and scheduled a future visit to install the special order part. He’s a real professional and did a great job!
My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t open my garage door at all. I called for help on a Sunday and they were fantastic. They sent a text to confirm my appointment and arrived the next morning right on time. I even got a text with a picture of the repair person, Tucker, when he was on the way. Tucker was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and had a lot of experience. I highly recommend this garage door installer in Yorba Linda. My garage door now works perfectly and is so quiet when it opens.

This is my second time using this garage door service. The first time, they replaced a broken spring and I was very happy with how everything went. This time, they installed a new garage door opener for me because my old one stopped working. The service has actually gotten even better since my last visit.
