Very friendly customer service. I went in to have my 10-year-old watch battery replaced. They quickly informed me that because my watch used a non-standard rechargeable battery, it needed a special battery from the factory. I was given some very helpful advice to try to see if I could get it up and running on my own, before sending it in to the factory.
