Had a great experience at Harold’s Auto Repair & Transmission. Harold is honest, calm, and very professional. He took his time, let the car cool down, cleaned everything, used the correct torque specs, and even sent me photos during the job. The transmission now shifts perfectly — smooth, responsive, and the car drives better than ever. Highly recommend this shop if you want real quality and no nonsense.

I will not ever take my vehicle here again. Everything started out fine especially when I could purchase my own parts. However, Harold started replacing parts without my permission and said he replaced them because they were broken, they were not. I thought it was a good deed until the parts he was replacing did not work when they were before. I mentioned it to him and he didn’t want to replace because he said it was a lot of work to replace. I have a automatic and the car would not go threw its gears,Harold check a cable under hood, pump the gas couple times and drove it and it went threw all it's gears.wow, you don't find honest Mechanics like that anymore.So he has my business and I have alot of friends always looking for good and honest Mechanic.Thank you Harold I will refer you to everyone I know
