I had a very disappointing experience at Ziegler. Initially, my interaction with Tommy in sales was very positive. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to when discussing the vehicle. However, once we moved into the negotiation stage, his demeanor changed significantly. The conversation became noticeably less respectful and more condescending in tone.
