Wayne had maintained my furnace & fixed my AC pump and Wayne is why I will continue to do business here. He does amazing work cleans up after better than anyone else and is the nicest professional worker any business could ever have. Hope he enjoyed the watermelon .
While reading these reviews, I see a lot of people had the same experience that I did. They installed 4 LG split units in my building that worked fine for 1.5 years but the motor on one of them recently needed to be replaced. For 3 months I kept making appointments for them to repair it, but it was one no show after another. Every time I called, they just made excuses and then still not show up. Used them for years. Last week called twice for repair during regular business hours as my furnace was not working. Nobody answered, left 2 messages, no one ever called back. Had to call another company who answered the phone and came right out.
More than accommodating and appreciate their job well done.
Our furnace was not working and they came the same day and were wonderful and fixed our problem so we asked them to give us a price on a new system. Nothing ever came so we called in two weeks and they apologized and said they would get it out to us. We waited. Another two weeks and nothing. We actually called again and it has been another two weeks and nothing. They are great for repairs but apparently don’t want to put on new systems.
