Although the heat pump was eventually repaired, it took almost 5 weeks and 3 visits to complete. I had to remind them to come back after first visit. Also, I requested multiple times for estimates, but none were available to generate while waiting 2 weeks on an appointment for 2nd visit, but bill was generated in one day. While replacing thermostat and cutting/stripping wire, it was just done and not cleaned up. Additionally, some screws on furnace were just lost after service.
The service was quick and efficient and the technician was polite and very knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking a lot of questions I feel like I learned a lot and I would not use anybody else else but this company in the future
Had multiple issues with my furnace and they made several house calls until all the problems were fixed .. the technicians that came to house were all very professional and very personable as they did their job very efficiently .. if you have a furnace or air conditioning problem I highly recommend that you call them
We had an unusual issue with our furnace this week and Harold Zeigler went above and beyond to make sure our heat got fixed, even though I know it was a very busy time for them. Everyone I dealt with was respectful of my home and kids, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for getting our heat back guys!
