Everything about my experience at this office was phenomenal. From the reception team that helped me resolve an issue with my insurance card to the ophthalmologist assistant who patiently answered all my questions, and Dr. Sy who was thorough in this examination and helped me out with free medication samples. Everyone I spoke to was kind and willing to go above and beyond to help me understand my condition. It's been a long time since I was at a doctor's office that treated me so well. Thank you!
