Dr. Harold Sy was very polite and listened to all of my concerns! The staff was very easy to talk to and informative with everything that was happened. Would recommend!
Had an appointment scheduled for today. I arrived on time the receptionist tells me my appointment was rescheduled for another day . This was so wrong of the office to do this.they need to be mindful and respectful of patient's time. I took the day off work for this appointment.they need to do better on their scheduling process. Will not be coming back to this clinic
Something very shady about the cash upfront payment for cataract surgery. Have attempted to get a detailed bill from their office since last November and get nothing but the runaround. Now they're saying they have a third-party biller and they give you a phone number and no one ever answers there or returns a call. Blue Cross called them on my behalf and even they said this seems extremely shady as they would not give Blue Cross any information. I believe it's some kind of insurance fraud.
They go to lunch when you're scheduled for an appointment. I'm not sure how the other locations operate but it's expected that when you schedule an appointment you will be seen in or around that time... not when the doc feels like it. They don't deserve that one star today.
