When I call before 5:30 pm I don't expect to hear a "closed office" message on Thursday at 4:30. And don't be silent about listing your hours on Friday. Just say the office is closed so I don't call back a second time and get the "closed office" message again. Thank you.
Dr.Rodner is an outstanding physician.
My 91 year old father was referred by Dr. Rodner to a G.I specialist in his office. While he was waiting to be called into the office (after waiting over an hour) he had to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately he couldn't get up from the toilet and yelled for help. None of the numerous nurses or Office Manager came to assist. He sat there for over 45 minutes until we arrived to help him.
