I went there one time before I was married to look for a ring. We were not even acknowledged, and when we wanted to see a particular ring we were treated like trash. They acted as if we couldn't afford it. Suffice it to say that we left soon thereafter.
As a professional stylist, I shop for a living. A longtime client was celebrating 50 years of marriage and wanted diamond studs. Her husband commissioned me to find them. I combed Houston and the Internet for the best value. Harold was amazing! He went above and beyond the call to find the stones we needed and then had them beautifully set in gold bezels. My clients were thrilled!

My son was going to buy an engagement ring for way too much money somewhere else. I told him Harold would do so much better. I was right! He made the ring to my son's specifications EXCEPT a higher quality center stone and bigger diamonds in the band... And still saved him hundreds of dollars! I won't go anywhere else.
