Not much to say, this guy knows insurance. I switched my policy here from out of state and was disturbed at first by the vast price difference, my same policy being almost twice as much here than in Colorado! Nevertheless, Muller clearly explained the costs and services in a way that was comprehensible and understandable without being the least bit condescending. It is a shame that all salesmen aren’t more like him
I cannot imagine working with anyone else during my time of insurance needs. Harold is my calm in the midst of the storm I am in after being in a wreck. His experience, fix-it attitude, and customer service makes me 100% pleased with my choice in State Farm agents! He also is very quick to respond to any non-emergency questions. You will not regret working with Harold.
I have rave reviews for Harold and his staff. He has helped me in so many ways, so very trustworthy. I don't know how long I have been with him....decades? ....as long as he was at his location on Abrams till now.
