I went here because my husband had gone to Bloomington Eyecare and then they merged with Cohen. The first thing that was not great, was when I made the appointment on the phone, the person I spoke with said they would send me paperwork in the mail so I could have it done ahead of time. They didn't. When I showed up for the appointment, the receptionist was not very friendly. The appointment itself took 2 hours, which is way too long in my opinion.
