I was on a time crunch to find a house within 2 months. I had originally went with another realty and loaning company, and while filling out the application they stated it would take a few days to process. Harold and his team, worked through tough times with my family’s situation to ensure that we got the home we needed. The first property we were very interested in, fell through because the builder could not finish in the time frame we needed. Harold stuck by us and we were able to find another property with many similar qualities (plus some additional ones that were nice to haves) to the first house we lost.
