I just do not understand how I can be charged more than $25 a month for ONE-TIME PICKUP OF 35 GALLON BIN A MONTH and bi-monthly 65 gallon recycling bin. Are people with weekly pickups paying over $100 a month? Lemay does not have any competition. Company price gouging sucks, the drivers and customer service are friendly
We are so pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Jennifer Dane, she made the scheduling of our swapping out of our damaged bin.
I was lucky enough to speak with Heather Marsh one of there representatives since I thought they missed my garage, but she kindly let me know that there dispatch said it’s still is up for pickup. She’s very kind with her words and lemay is lucky to have such a great lady like her working for them. Thank you Heather!😊
