Good staff and a great Doctor with even greater news for my mom. My it's "OK" rating is because I can't say anyone would love it because of what news is given there and even though my mom's news was awesome, many other's new is heartbreaking. I think the questions asked in this survey are not a general did you love it or hate it category.
Very disappointed to hear from family and friends that there is a big disconnect between the provider team, leaving patients feel lost and confused. I hope "big business" hasn't been confused with patient satisfaction and care.
The first experience was very good. I hope that the great service keeps up with every appointment me and my mother have here in the future
I find the people working at the Leecer Center to be compassionate and caring people who treat you with kindness and respect.
A little crazy there yesterday because of a new computer system that they are installing, but other than that, I was very pleased as usual with my oncologist Dr. Bowen and his staff!! They care so much about us cancer patients and are the nicest people I know!! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!
