We worked with Harold & Patty on a client's recent purchase and everything went really well. Their office was organized and answered our questions quickly making closing day a smooth one. We would recommend them.
I left this review a couple of times but it keeps disappearing but I feel compelled to say that I was a client of Harold Sclodnick personally many years back and not only did he or his team make calculations errors that resulted in nearly a $2K error in closing costs overpayment out of my pocket , he never took any responsibility or apologized and was inappropriately defensive and denied any wrong doing when confronted on the phone about it.
