I was referred by my family doctor to him, within entry he would complain about patients and upon sitting down there was not any professionalism. I came to see him about a condition I have been having for two months and upon taking a quick look, he was dismissive of my condition and said there was nothing he could do, it looked normal. Dr. Kwok really cares about his patients. He operated on my father who is a senior in the beginning of Covid19 in March 2020 and see patients physically during Covid19 while following the strictest safety protocol. My Dad is alive because of Dr. Kwok. I wish that every Doctor is as professional and caring as Dr. Kwok.
