Professional, friendly, timely, honest. From start to finish, 100% satisfied. When I contacted Billingsley about replacing my hot water heater, a tech came out the next morning and let me know the unit was in good shape and just needed a few parts replaced. They came back that same afternoon and did the repair. Their honesty saved me over $1,300.00.
He didn't respond to my phone messages for service. After Three messages and no response I went elsewhere.
Charles and his assistant were so polite , kind and their work is honest and integrity both spot on. Explained every single step along the way. Definitely felt them and Billingsley plumbing company was a true God sent for my stressful, anxiety due to still dealing with the sudden loss of my husband. All the ones I came in contact with today were hometown good people. The right choice from this point on to call for any and all plumbing issues. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Had a real septic problem same day service great guys ( Greg & Miacha)did an awesome job
Incredible service!!!! We had a septic issue on Monday morning. Within an hour of calling they were out at the property and had fixed our issue. They were extremely professional and respectful of the property. We really appreciated all they did. Great job guys!!! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
