I recently had Harold Johnson do an annual service on my A/C unit and the tech that was sent was a total redneck and unprofessional in his manners. He let out the Freon / refrigerant from my unit (intentionally) , did not stay for more than a few minutes to see if the unit was properly working (after paying them $85 for the service call).
