Used them about a year ago and the work was shabby and incomplete. Asked for the insurance check upfront and promised to complete the work. Since then the top over the back porch has blown off, the upstairs ceiling was never completed and still needs repairing. Stopped calling because I was told another person was doing the work and got tired of the empty promises. They made it so easy to get my roof fixed and worked with my insurance to make sure I didn't have to deal with them.
