Or salesman Dan was wonderful. He suggested a vehicle that would work better for us for the financing. They were attentive but not pushy and made the whole process easy and not stressful. Highly recommend!
Just dont bring anything in for service, had them replace my power steering pump on my car and it still whines and dosent turn smooth. Had a transmission service that was fine no complaints if it was actually done. Was told during a previous service oh your breaks and pads should be fine until winter couple months before winter they're metal to metal. Had the brakes and rotors done was told the oem last. Our problems started when we had to take our Ford Escape to Harold's for what we thought were just routine recalls. Every time we picked the car back up from them, something new was wrong. They started out with a recall to the front doors. When we got the car back, the power locks no longer worked. We took it back in for them to repair the locks and we paid them to update the software for the touch screen because it was having issues. We paid for the "update" to the software. Relationship started out a little rough, but in the end Brad in the service department, and the mechanic found the issue and resolved it.. I appreciate the diligence and would definitely come see Brad again. Thank you Harold Ford for working with me to resolve my issue.
