Sales person was great, easy to work with a d pleasant. Finance on the other hand. I was told a price by sales person that matched the price on the internet. What I ended up signing for did not included dealer discount that was included in verbal and online. I have no written proof, and I was quick to sign without noticing. Yes, shame on me, but shame on Harold Ford Finance department as well. Sales person forwarded my e-mail to finance and I have not received a response.
The staff at Harold Ford Angola, Indiana is very professional and knowledgeable. They offer great pricing on their vehicles! 5 Stars to David Watson, our Sales Rep, & James Hackett, Sales Manager, for providing us with great customer service & an excellent price on our new Ford Ranger XLT pickup! Financing was great as well! Very efficient & knowledgeable!
My appointment was for a oil change and to take care of a recall. I was told that they showed 2 recalls. They were able to take care of one of them and the oil change. I couldn't leave it for them to do both as I live to far from the dealership now and had no one to pick me up. They actually had me on my way in an hour. I don't mind waiting as I usually have things I can do on my tablet. They are always very pleasant to me and that is why I come back here for my service work.
We had an issue with a tire on a trip. We called this dealership and they were able to service our vehicle immediately and get us back on the road quickly. Other retail services in the area had very long wait times. The service manager and the service technician were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Harold Ford dealership for any service needs.
From initial sales contact to closing the deal (and every step in between) Harold Ford is top notch. No pressure just honesty and integrity. The Sales Manager even expedited the delivery of my new Bronco! Something he didn't have to do, but Harold Ford cares about their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone!
