This place was great. I read the other reviews about shortness on the phone. Why are you complaining about someone kissing your butt over the phone when they will work on your car as soon as your bring it in and they charge you as little as possible. They are professional mechanics, not telemarketers. This place was great and I was well taken care of.
Yesterday November 13 at 2:15pm I took my van to get serviced at this location. I was told buy someone at my church to check them out. But the mechanic who was told to check out the problem with my van passed by me and touched my butt!!! I am a Soliders wife here at drum. Ladies please be aware of this.
Guy was an ass on the phone! Short worded me and didnt even ask my name when I was trying to set up an appointment. Asked if 3:00 was good and then said BYE and hung up! I dont even know if I can expect them to know what Im talking about if I were to go in there.
Guy was irritable on phone, just hung up. If thats how he is with potential customer, how will he be when Im there. Just lost one customer due to attitude.
This is teh most honest place in town, If it dosent need to be done he wont do it. If it does then he will let you know how much or where to take it. Great place for state inspections, he is honest, upfront, and will let you know what repairs need to be done. He is not looking for a quick buck. I trust my family in any car he works on.
when I travel to ny russell service staion is my first stop. You get what you pay for. I have been acquainted with Harold and his son Ed. Ed has run the station like his father did.The service you get is number one in my book.
