A good listener. Explored relationships among urology problems and underlying conditions. Explained conditions thoroughly and in plain English. Treatment of two difficult conditions was completely successful.
Made wrong diagnosis, ordered wrong blood work (as per the physician who did the diagnostic), gave me the wrong medicine and wouldn't return my call despite me calling several times. Left several messages with answering service and staff but never returned call. Went to a different physician, got my problem fixed and was told that he made wrong diagnosis.
