Very disappointed in the quality of care received in this institution.
I went here with my friend who has pancreatic cancer. We are both nurses and so we have some level of expectation at least. Quite honestly they were all so passionate, compassionate and professional its hard to put into words just how impressed I was. The Doctors, the nurses , the Chaplain , the social worker, the dietician and the nice lady with the guitar were clearly people who hadnt just taken a job these were people who had made cancer patients their lifes work. We have been very happy with our experience at UT. My mom has been going there since 1999. Each doctor has been very caring. Dr. Robert Collins has seen us since the beginning. The staff has always been wonderful.
