My mother had to see this doctor for an operation for a cataract. Not only did they send her home without the necessary drops so she could remove the patch, (meaning she was effectively blind because she can’t see out of the other eye). when we returned the following day for the checkup, they left her sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours. It was like they completely forgot her. I would not recommend this practice.
I have been going to Richmond Eye Associates for over 9 years now. I find everybody exceptionally upbeat and friendly. My wait times have never been long at all. When it comes to my vision, i will stay as long as needed. You only get one set. Dr. Bernstein is the specialist that i will see for my condition!!
