Really chill, great selection, and very knowledgeable staff.
Best tea experience I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Basically I just want to live here.
We live in a small town upstate and we have to often order tea online. We had a wonderful time sampling teas and getting to buy at the same time.
I love this little tea shop with a very big selection!! I stop in every time I visit Manhattan to stock up on my favorites!! Tower of London and Paris..ooo la la!!
Harney's sells really great tea but I was really sad yesterday when I found out that they stopped doing their loyalty and student discount programs... I may try to find somewhere else in the city that does those (or punchcards or something) since those were the major reasons I went there...
