We are here to teach you as much as we can about tea. The purpose of the tasting room is to try teas which will not only broaden your understanding of the tea world but encourage you to purchase some tea for your own consumption. Tea Room Harney and Sons offers a extremely large selection of fine loose teas. The tea room is wonderful. You can taste teas to see what you will like before you purchase it. The staff is very knowledgeable of the teas and are pleasant to work with. In addition they have a very unique gift shop with teas, books, and tea supplies for everyone. A great place!

Have been going to Harney’s for tea for many years. Bought their iced tea today. Had lunch there for first time ever. The salmon sandwich was very good but the wait for it seemed unusually long, especially since customers before me had already been served. We don’t typically go there for the food, however and will continue to buy their teas which are excellent

Some sandwiches take a little longer than others but also since opening we are working with a new system and sometimes tickets get jumbled. We are currently working on fixing all the kinks, hopefully next time will be smoother. Thank you again!

Amazing selection of teas to taste and buy. We visited because we buy a lot of the teas online and love them. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lovely cafe with gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and teas. For those in our group that weren’t tea enthusiasts, there was still plenty of wonderful food and beverage. We will definitely come back.

There are few master tea blenders in the world, and even fewer places where you can sample the blends. This is one of them. Delicious fresh teas of all varieties and a fun day. The prices are a bit high, but the flavors and experience are worth it!
We had a great time and we’re so impressed with Levi who helped us pick the perfect teas for us !
