I had a very difficult situation I had to be seen for and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me the day before and the morning of my appointment. The radiologist, doctor and assistant were all wonderful as well. Thank you for providing excellent customer service during a difficult time.
Hires and defends an anti-vaccination person (Stefanie Haines) who peddles disinformation, anti-vaccination conspiracies and her own solutions to coronavirus. What kind of a hospital hires and defends such a person? Shameful.
Due to news reports quoting Stefanie Haines misinformation campaign, I am writing to every state agency related to health to make certain they are aware of the comments. I am also calling the state consumer hotline to make them aware of her business practice. She does belong in her current position, especially at such a critical time as we are presently in.
For a small town the staff does there absolute best! My non family family grew tremendously while mom was in there care!!
I asked the nurse for some medication for my nausia in the ER and I waited over 40 minutes for some kind of answer. all the nurse did was sit behind the desk on her cell phone and I never heard a yes or no.
Have had such good care here.

This very young ER doctor gave me the same attention and compassion for my injured wrist as she was doing with a serious injury a farmer sustained by being kicked in the face by a cow and an elderly lady with a possible heart attack. This ER had 1 RN and 1 MD and all rooms were full, I was quite impressed with the care I have received, they even apologized sincerely for my wait and thanked me for my patience. Thank you 😊
