If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff is EXTREMELY NASTY AND RUDE!!! I tried to make sure of an appointment & the receptionist (which don’t leave their names all the time) **not to mention you can hardly understand their voicemails even!** when I went to call back a second time because something didn’t add up to me not making since of of voicemail; because the receptionist was talking like she had a mouth full of marbles in her mouth (mind you) they pick up the phone’s stated “I JUST SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT ALL OF THIS” ... read more
No one answers the phone. Unprofessional. Update: While I was in the empty waiting room I called the office number and didn't even hear the phone ringing. I approached the desk and showed the receptionist that I was calling the office at that very moment and she said "Oh the ringer must be off". Wow.
Tried calling a little over 1hr till they close for the day and no one was there to answer. Finally started going down the line of options when you call to get the nurse for Dr. Perry she luckily answered but told me that all the nurses and front desk employees left early to go get badges, which I feel is bad time management to me. They could have went in groups throughout the day to keep coverage for the time posted.
