Great place
They flooded my entire house!!!
Got home from work to find that our water had been cut off. We are not behind on payments. Called the emergency line as well as submitted an outage report online and have gotten zero response. It’s also almost 100 degrees out. It would be nice to be able to speak to an actual human in an emergency!
$200 to turn on water? I've lived in many states over the years and I've never had to pay a deposit to turn on water. A few times for electric, but never water. Either way, $200 is the equivalent of, at least in my case, more than 4 months of water. I don't pay my landlord 4 months of rent up front. It seems unreasonable and shady. Terrible billing. The worst. The website info contradicts what the rep. says. I haven't been charged a late fee in years but Harnett charged me two. Carried a positive balance for months because their billing cycle is goofy. My positive balance didn't quite cover the next bill and boom, late charge. I signed up for auto pay to avoid their b.s.
