Jared Ramsey is a knieving hypocrite, Trey Nelson is clueless about roofing. Jared claims to be a Christian, but tries to get you terminated if he decides he doesn't like you for no plausible reason. Rude and trashy foremans, but for the pay it's tolerable. Insurance sucks, Harness Roofing is a good company but the West Monroe Location is ran terribly, and the management needs an overhaul.
