Contracted with Harness Power last year. Still having problems with their shoddy work. Apparently they have shoddy business practices too, because they have not paid subcontractors, who have now placed a lein against my house. Phone calls go unanswered. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM! Such as Dan Dunn, their CEO.
My solar has been down for a month, supposedly an inverter issue. Have called multiple times and nothing has been done. First it was our guy is sick and wont get to it for a couple days, what is he the ONLY guy you have for this issue. That was 3 weeks ago and still waiting. This is the worst customer service I have ever been involved with.
after few month of process all the sudden all the contact you have are telling they are no longer with company now we are stuck and don't know what to do
UPDATE: Apparently Harness has laid off all employees. There have been no answer to phone calls and emails. The process of trying to get in before the net meting changes is up to me. Thankfully I have been able to get help with the application but have no idea if we will make it. I feel terrible for the employees and all the remain customers such as myself that have received no information!!! I just called customer service and it said "the person you called has a voice mailbox that has not been set up" and the call ended. Can't help but lol! Called twice to verify too and same thing. Every time I try to interact with this company it feels like a chore. The installation was delayed for months, much longer than the time frame estimated in April.
