Never thought a place of work, would feel like family. I worked here from 2019 to 2024. If I didn't have to move back home for family I would have retired here. Every company has its pros and cons, but the owner Ben thinks of employee first, then business. You don't work for him, you work next to him. My time there I saw Ben driving the low boy hauling equipment, turning wrenches on a dozer at my site, to helping with a water tie-in, in the middle of the night in the rain.
