Scott Smith's Harms Automotive is in my opinion clearly the best restorer of the Carter & Holley carburetors used on the Muscle Car Era Mopars. If you want to see the difference, grab some pictures from the eBay Ads for the $3995 "restored" Hemi carbs and place them side-by-side with photos of Hemi carbs restored by Harms Automotive...
