I have been doing reflexology sessions with Mary for a few months and my feet have improved quite a bit. The Myofascial Release has taken the muscle restrictions out of the fascia in my feet so they feel better, less swollen and more flexibility. Mary has also worked with me on proper footwear as this may have been a contributing factor as to how my feet are forming the bunions, swelling, and pain. I am very grateful for her knowledge and talent in reflexology. Karen
