I came in and applied to this apartment 6 months ago, spoke with a woman named Armani and paid my application fees and was approved and was given a move-in day but when i showed up no one was in the office and no one answers the phone. I called the Promise corp and they said the young lady no longer works their and they were hiring someone to replace her but its been 7 months and no one has reached out to me about my move-in. No one has reached out about a refund. Nothing! Its absolutely unprofessional and wrong.

Would like to share my experience from last night. There is a “SINK HOLE” in the pitch dark…. Right by the sidewalk where you walk. I stepped a little bit off of the sidewalk and completely sunk down into it up to my chest in water/mud. There’s no sign, it is not taped off, and there is NO LIGHT. Luckily I am a taller woman. However, if a child, animal, or shorter girl were to fall in , there is a HIGH chance of a detrimental outcome. A small child would likely drowned .
