Had an amazing yoga lesson with Hermione! I was drawn to attend her yoga class since I learned she has over 21 years of experience. For starters, her presence is absolutely calming and she brought a sense of harmony to the environment. Her energy is unmatched to any other yoga instructors I’ve ever met. I cannot say enough good things about Hermione . If there were more stars I would give more, but there are only five on this review! She takes the time to individually customize each class for the specific needs of each person. All of my classes with Hermione have been incredibly detailed and hands-on when it comes to perfecting each pose. I can do poses now with ease and confidence! Hermione is a wonderful yoga teacher. Her approach is very healing and nurturing. She will teach you the how and the why of each pose in a beautiful and easy to follow sequence. Her methods support the mind body connection and facilitate a person to feel comfortable in and with their body.
