No recomiendo este lugar para vivir y me arrepiento de compar en esta linda comunidad, el representante de DH horton me dijo que podia poner fensa de 6 pies color tan, cuando pedi el permiso al HOA me dijeron que tenia que poner una fensa de 4 pies de metar, una fensa que es decorativa porque no provee ni seguridad, ni privacidad, todo el que Pasa por la calle podria ver mi patio,aparte estremandamente cara imagina pagar 11 mil dolares por una fensa de decoracion, tambien se habla de vender la botanica blvd para hacer una co... read more
