Psych care was great. Therapy was well below par. And billing is absolutely unethical, imo. Constant failures to refund for cancelled services they demanded to be prepaid, pressured someone in BH crisis over the phone to pay charges before billed, refuse to send proper bills, won’t take calls, won’t return calls. etc. All billing and support is done via call center in India There are plenty of better options for care - do not mess with this one.
