Very rushed. They didn’t really care about the issues just wanted to get on to the next client. With mental health it should be more personable. This is not a race to the finish.
Despite being seen 4 weeks ago and having an appointment scheduled for 4 weeks from now, I'm suddenly being told they won't refill my prescription until after my next appointment. I have no way to talk to my doctor and have spent my entire week trying to explain to a call center that I can't afford an appointment this month and I still need my medicine.
