Amazing compassionate staff
Way too corporate for me to feel comfortable going there. I don't want to call a 1800 number and talk to a random person in another country to even be able to get ahold of the office. When I emailed to ask for the office number I was told to call the 1800 number. I can understand having a busy office but maybe hire another receptionist instead of paying someone $1 an hour by outsourcing to a different country.
