Unprofessional practices: The first therapist cancelled the very first visit leaving a message that I could call to reschedule "if" I needed. What did they think, that I scheduled therapy just for fun? Of course I didn't call back-I was done with that place. But then I thought it was a fluke. I have been there for three visits. All three visits they have double billed me. All three visits have taken me over an hour on the phone to get this straightened out. I am in the middle of my third billing issue as I am waiting right now for a phone call back. This is not a fun way to spend the morning sick of this!! Changing doctors. Terrible service and they scheduled an appointment for me which I never agreed to, then charged me for not going to the apt. The audacity… still keep getting pestered by their billing even now two years later threatening to send it to “collections” which is hilarious. UPDATE: it is now 2026 and they STILL harass me! Now they have the audacity to try and scare me with threats of lawsuits and even charging “interest” on that 50.00 “missed appointment” fee!
