My experience with Harmony has been awful. This is the third time I've made a telehealth appointment, taken off work for said appointment, then the provider does not show up. The appointment is marked as "no show" even though I was the one that showed up and the provider didn't. I spoke with the office manager yesterday who advised someone would reach out regarding my concerns and that has not happened. I knew I needed help with the sudden diagnosis of anxiety and after researching for facilities I chose Harmony United Psychiatric Care. My provider has been amazing by listening and analyzing the roots of this debilitating anxiety that has made driving a car a challenging and devastating experience. Little by little with the help of mental therapy and medication I am starting to drive again. I hope with all my heart that anybody that is going through with anxiety makes the decision to reach out for help like I did.
